Pepita's from Cedar Hills Boulevard
The word “Pepita” means pumpkin seed in México. Our goal has been to make Pepita’s a restaurant with a truly unique atmosphere, and we are pleased to say we feel we have achieved that after 7 years in business. We make the majority of items from scratch using authentic, high quality ingredients. The restaurant remains a family owned and operated business to this day. Pepita’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina was purchased in 1999 by current owner Grace Buell. The name was already attached to the restaurant at the time. Although the new owner was not thrilled about it, she decided to keep the name since there were already some loyal customers who knew the restaurant
by that name.
